Just for the Halibut

Day 3 in Alaska was highlighted by a charter fishing trip for halibut at Ninilchik. We all caught fish and got 8 keepers out of a possible 10. The sinker on the line weighed 5 pounds and was down almost 200 feet. We definitely got our arm workout for the day. Supper was porkchops on the grill with green beans and an awesome salad. Today is the 24th anniversary of my wedding to Angie. I can't believe she has kept me around this long! Happy Anniversary Angie! Tomorrow we head up in a chartered airplane to see wildlife and to fish.

Awww...you're sweet. That must be why I keep you around. That and you're not afraid of interstate driving. Actually, that may be the main reason! :)
It looks like you guys are having a fantastic time.
