Another busy day for us. Ron didn't have a Reserve Center to go to in Omaha, so we decided to sleep in a little and then get up and go to the Omaha Zoo - the Henry Doorly Zoo. We walked around the zoo for about 2 1/2 hours. As you can tell, I took a few pictures (over 300). You may think you had to see a lot of animals on this blog, but I could've put even more! It was a very nice zoo. We were able to see most of the exhibits in our short stay. After the zoo we left Omaha and headed for Oklahoma City. It took us about 7 hours of driving to get to Katie and Colin's house. They are doing such a nice job of getting unpacked and settled into their new home. They have painted and purchased beautiful new furniture. (I'll post some pictures of that tomorrow.) We enjoyed meeting our new grandpuppy, Bailey. She's a very sweet puppy and already knows several tricks. She can fetch a frisbee and even brings it back. Maybe she can teach Lily and Sadie that part. They like to fetch, but don't like to return the item fetched. Bailey is also learning how to sit on command. Tomorrow I will spend the day with Katie while Ron and Colin are working.
